How to Delete a Funnel Inside of ClickFunnels
Funnels cannot actually be deleted, however, they can be archived. And it will free up space to add even more funnels!
This can easily be done in just a few simple steps, and it is a great option if you are on a lower level ClickFunnels plans and you are running out of space to build more funnels.
You may have some old funnels sitting there that you do not use anymore. Whether they were built when you first started, and you were just testing things out, or they are funnels that you built before and have decided not to use.
Here are the simple steps for deleting a funnel inside of Clickfunnels.
Step 1: Go to your funnels page
From your Clickfunnels home page, hover over the link to the right of search at the top. It is labeled "Click Funnels" And has the Clickfunnels logo next to it.
Once you hover over it then there will be a dropdown. Click the top link labeled "Funnels". This will take you to your funnels page, showing all of the funnels inside of your ClickFunnels account.
Step 2: Select a Funnel you would like to archive
Now you should be on your funnels page. Viewing your list of funnels that are currently active in your account. Whether they were created by you or shared with you by someone else.
Find the funnel among the list that you would like to delete, and click the title to go into the funnel where you can edit the funnel pages, URL, Automations and other settings.
Step 3: Go to funnel settings
You will be taken to the "Steps" page showing your funnel in an organized list of pages. From here click on the giant "Settings" button located near the top.
It is all the way to the right of the page, directly underneath your ClickFunnels profile image. This takes you to the main settings page for whichever funnel you selected in the last step.
Step 4: Find the Archive Option
This page is rather long because it has the majority of the backend settings for your entire funnel. The archive option is at the very bottom, so most people cannot find it, or they miss it completely.
All you have to do is scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and the button is in the bottom left.
Step 5: Click the Archive Button
When you hover over the "Archive Funnel" button a popup note will say "Delete Funnel" This is how you know you are in the right place!
Simply click the button and you will be directed back to the page listing all of your funnels. There is no confirmation or anything, but do not worry! If you change your mind and would like to restore the funnel it is very easy to do.
Step 5: Profit - err Build more Funnels!
Now you will have space free in your ClickFunnels account, allowing you to create more funnels. And if you decide you want the Archived funnel back, it is very easy to restore.
How to Restore a Funnel
From your funnels page, simply click the "Archived" tab at the top and then click the "Restore" button to the right of the funnel you wish to restore in order for use.
That is all there is to it! If you wish to free up some space it is very simple following these steps, and you can always restore them again with the click of a button.
