How to Delete a Funnel Inside of ClickFunnels

ClickFunnels won't let you delete a funnel outright, but you can archive it to free up space. Here's how in a few simple steps — and how to restore one.

Originally published September 8, 2019 on the original SPEN10 blog. Lightly refreshed in October 2026. Heads up: these steps were written for the original version of ClickFunnels (now known as ClickFunnels Classic). ClickFunnels 2.0 has a different interface, so menus and buttons may not match.

Funnels can't actually be deleted in ClickFunnels — but they can be archived, which frees up space so you can add even more funnels.

It only takes a few simple steps, and it's a great option if you're on a lower-tier ClickFunnels plan and running out of room to build more funnels.

You may have old funnels sitting there that you don't use anymore — whether you built them when you were first starting out and testing things, or you built them and decided not to use them.

Here's how to "delete" a funnel inside ClickFunnels.

Step 1: Go to your Funnels page

From your ClickFunnels home page, hover over the menu link to the right of the search bar at the top. It's labeled "ClickFunnels" and has the ClickFunnels logo next to it.

A dropdown will appear. Click the top link, labeled Funnels. This takes you to your Funnels page, which shows every funnel in your ClickFunnels account.

Step 2: Select the funnel you want to archive

You should now see the list of funnels that are active in your account, whether you created them or someone shared them with you.

Find the funnel you want to delete and click its title. This opens the funnel, where you can edit its pages, URL, automations and other settings.

Step 3: Go to the funnel's settings

You'll land on the Steps page, which shows your funnel as an organized list of pages. From here, click the big Settings button near the top.

It's all the way to the right of the page, directly underneath your ClickFunnels profile picture. This opens the main settings page for the funnel you selected.

Step 4: Find the Archive option

This page is long because it holds most of the back-end settings for the entire funnel. The archive option is at the very bottom, so most people can't find it or miss it completely.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page — the button is in the bottom-left corner.

Step 5: Click the Archive button

When you hover over the Archive Funnel button, a note pops up that says "Delete Funnel". That's how you know you're in the right place!

Click the button and you'll be sent back to your list of funnels. There's no confirmation prompt, but don't worry — if you change your mind, restoring the funnel is easy.

That's it. You now have space free in your ClickFunnels account to build more funnels.

How to restore an archived funnel

From your Funnels page, click the Archived tab at the top, then click the Restore button to the right of the funnel you want back.

That's all there is to it! You can free up space whenever you need to, and bring any funnel back with the click of a button.
